Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
